| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析骨肉瘤化疗后X线平片变化特点,以正确评价化疗效果。方法分析31例骨肉瘤患者化疗前后的影像学变化。男10例,女21例。年龄6~40岁。所有患者于化疗结束前后常规行X线检查。结果化疗后31例患者疼痛均有缓解,局部皮温恢复正常。28例患者X线片有明显软组织肿块影,26例治疗后明显缩小,2例略增大,肿块边界均变清晰;11例骨硬化及钙化增加,10例为成骨肉瘤;6例破坏的骨皮质恢复连续;7例骨内病灶缩小。结论仔细分析骨肉瘤化疗前后X线平片的变化可以提供骨肉瘤化疗有效的有力佐证,从而指导临床正确选择手术方案、时机及术后的化疗方案。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the radiological changes of osteosarcoma after chemotherapy in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect accurately.Methods The characteristics of radiological changes in 31 patients(male 10,female 21,aged 6 to 40 years) with osteosarcoma treated with chemotherapy were analyzed.X-ray examination was done before and after chemotherapy in all patients.Results After chemotherapy,pain in all cases was alleviated,soft-tissue lump in 26 cases diminished,calcification of tumor increased in X-ray films of 11 cases destructed cortical bone was repaired in 6 cases,and diminution of lesion size in bone was found in 7cases.Conclusion The radiological changes of osteosarcoma after chemotherapy could furnish evidence of effective chemotherapy,correct operation plan,and provide the basis for choosing opportunity and chemotherapy after operation. |
