中山市横栏镇工人眼外伤（角膜异物）成因分析

目的探讨眼外伤（角膜异物）成因情况。方法采用回顾性分析的方法 ,分析我院2003～2009年眼科收治的角膜异物患者临床资料。结果 2003～2009年角膜异物发病率逐年增高,患者年龄〈30岁为发病集中年龄、夏秋季节为主要时间段、电焊、切割工人为发病主体、异物主要以铁屑和工业粉末为主,异物多侵犯角膜浅层,治疗后患者视力恢复明显,P〈0.05。结论角膜异物是常见的职业性眼外伤,改善工作环境和有效的个人防护能有效的预防角膜异物的发生。

The causes of ocular injury(corneal foreign body)of workers in Henglan town Zhongshan city

Objective To approach causes of ocular injury（corneal foreign body）.Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of corneal foreign body patients in ophthalmology from 2003 year to 2009 year.Results The attack rate of corneal foreign body was heighten year by year,patients age was less than 30 year,summer and autumn were main time,electric welding and cutting workers were invasion bulk,foreign body were scrap-iron and industry fine powder,foreign body were encroaching on cornea superficial layer,the visual acuity of patients were removing,P〈0.05.Conclusion Corneal foreign body is a common occupational eye injury,improving the working environment and reinforcing protection can prevent the occurrence of disease effectively.
