免疫比浊法检验血浆D-二聚体在血栓形成性疾病中的意义

目的探讨免疫比浊法定量检测D-二聚体在临床疾病诊疗中的意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪测定42例四肢骨折、20例颅脑外伤、36例脑卒中、24例冠心病、20例肺部感染、24例肾脏病变、21例恶性肿瘤患者及55例健康对照者的血浆D-二聚体含量。结果所测7种疾病组的血浆D-二聚体含量均比健康对照组显著增高（P〈0.01）;其中颅脑外伤、脑卒中、冠心病和恶性肿瘤患者血浆D-二聚体含量较冠心病、肾脏病变和肺部感染者显著增高（P〈0.01）。结论免疫比浊法检测D-二聚体操作简便、快速、敏感,无需额外设备;D-二聚体含量对各种血栓形成性疾病具早期诊断价值及意义。

Clinical value of determination of D-dimer for thrombogenic diseases with immunoturbidimetric assay

Objective To study clinical significance of plasma D-dimer detection in the diagnosis and treatment of thrombogenic diseases.Methods Plasma D-dimer levels were measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer in 42 cases of extremities fractures, 20 cases of craniocerebral trauma, 36 cases of stroke, 24 cases of coronary heart disease, 20 cases of pulmonary infection, 24 cases of renal diseases, 21 cases of malignant tumors,and 55 healthy controls.Results Plasma D-dimer levels in 7 diseases were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group (P<0.01). There were significant difference between patients with extremities fractures, brain trauma, stroke, malignant tumors and patients with other 3 diseases (P<0.01).Conclusion The immunoturbidimetric assay by the automatic biochemical analyzer to test plasma D-dimer level is simple, rapid and sensitive. The results suggest that measurement of plasma D-dimer level in patients with each of thrombogenic diseases is valuable for its early diagnosis.
