| 摘 要： | 1989年9月至1996年10月，对75例病变超过10cm的食管癌患者行外科治疗。手术切除率96．0％（72／75），术后并发症发生率13．3％（10．75），死亡率1．33％（1／75），1，3，5年生存率分别为81．7％（49／60），37．15（13／35），28．6％（4／14）。讨论了如何提高长段食管癌切除率及影响生存率的主要因素。说明了食管癌外科治疗意义。

| Abstract: | Seventy-five patients of esophageal carcinoma each with lesions longer than 10cm underwent surgical resection from September, 1989 to October, 1996. The resection rates were 96.0% (72/75), incidences of complication after surgery 13.3% (10/75), moralities 1.33% (1/75). 1, 3, 5-year surviual rates after surgery were 81.7% (49/60), 37.1% (13/35) and 28.65% (4/14) respectively. Ways to increase resection rates of long-section esophageal carcinoma as well as mam factors influencing survival rates are discussed, the effect of surgical treatment of esophageal carcinoma is confirmed. |
