| 摘 要： | 目的：制备苦参总碱肠溶片，并建立体外释放度分析方法。方法：采用湿法制粒制备片芯，以欧巴代OY-P-7171为包衣材料，并采用HPLC考察其体外释放影响因素。结果：压制硬度适宜的苦参总碱片芯关键在于稀释剂的种类和用量，使用的薄膜衣材料的性质决定了药物在胃液中和肠液中释放。结论：制备的苦参总碱肠溶片在胃液中几乎不释放，在肠液中迅速释放。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Alkaloids of sophora flavescens enteric-coated tablets was developed, and the method of drug release was established.Methods: Alkaloids of sophora flavescens enteric-coated tablets was developed using wet granulation and with Opaday OY-P-7171 as coating materials. The behavior of enteric coated tablets was evaluated in vitro by dissolution tests and determined by HPLC. Results: Two parameters were critical in preparation of the tablet: the sorts and the amount of dilunts. The coat weight was the significant factor of drug release.Conclusions: Alkaloids of sophora flavescens enteric-coated tablets prepared did not release matrine and oxymatrine in 0.1mol L-1 HCl solution, but release matrine and oxymatrine rapidly in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer. |
