摘    要:护理服务工作能否为公众、为病人所接受,在很大程度上取决于细节.护理服务中易忽视的细节包括观察早期或细小的疾病线索,医院环境的指示和警示牌,语言或行为,生活护理细微处关怀等.细节服务应从以下几点做起明确服务对象,感悟工作责任;细心做好护理服务;开展"英寸式攀升"优质服务;重视人性化服务;细致入微的生活护理.

Abstract:Whether the nursing service can be accepted by the public and patients depends on the details to some extent.The details in nursing service which easy to be ignored include the observation of early or small indications of disease,the direction and alert signs for the hospital environment,nurses' language and behaviors,care of daily living et al.The following considerations should be paid attention to in detailed nursing service,which including identifying the clients of nursing service,realizing the duties and responsibilities,provide nursing service in details, carrying out "step-by-step" high quality service,emphasizing on humanism service and care of daily living.
