| 摘 要： | 目的 对知母盐制前后清热、降血糖作用进行比较研究.方法 采用酵母菌致大鼠高热法比较知母清热作用;采用四氧嘧啶致大鼠高血糖法比较知母降血糖作用.结果 知母有明显的清热作用,盐制品与生品未见显著性差异,且低剂量组清热作用优于高剂量组;知母有明显的降血糖作用,盐制品作用明显优于生品,且随剂量增加作用增强.结论 知母具有清热、降血糖作用,盐制后降糖作用有所增强.
