| 摘 要： | 不稳定斑块破裂是急性冠脉事件发生的病理关键。如何检测不稳定斑块及稳定斑块是临床研究的热点。本文综述了目前中医、西医对不稳定斑块病因病机、检测方法、治疗方法的研究成果，提出中医在稳定兜块方面具有极大的潜力。

| Abstract: | Unstable plaque＇s rupture is the pathological criticality of acute coronary artery events. How to detect the unstable plaque and stabilizing unstable plaque is a hot spot of the clinical research. This review present etiology and mechanism detection and treatment of of unstable plaque in traditional chinese medicine and western medicine. Proposing TCM has a great potential on stabiling plaque. |
