| 摘 要： | 目的：观察利用外用中药浴、口服补骨片以及中医康复疗法治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法：对照组患者单纯口服补骨片，治疗组患者在口服补骨片的基础上加用外用中药浴和中医康复疗法治疗2个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率91．67％；对照组总有效率78．33％。结论：采用外用中药浴、口服补骨片以及中医康复疗法治疗股骨头坏死，可以促进坏死骨的修复。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of using external TCM bath, oral fill bone slices and TCM rehabilitation therapy for femoral head necrosis. Methods： In the control group were simply oral fill bone slices, treatment group oral fill bone slices plus external TCM bath and TCM rehabilitation therapy treating two treatments. Conclusion： Treating femoral head necrosis by external TCM bath, oral fill bone slices and TCM rehabilitation therapy can promote recovery. |
