| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了微核（Micronucleus,MN）和姐妹染色单体互换（Sister Chromatid Exchange,SCE）制片方法,及其作者在中医院校科研中的应用体会.以便在分子生物学新技术层出不穷的今天,使微核,姐妹染色单体互换检测技术在中医药研究中继续发挥作用.
