| 摘 要： | 白塞病与脏腑关系密切，结合全身伴随症状和口腔溃疡表现，辨为肝胆湿热证，病程长者因木克土而见脾虚症候，选用龙胆泻肝汤加味清热解毒利湿治法，随证加减，使火降热泄，湿浊分清，循经所发诸症得愈。
