腰骶段SPR手术结合针刺疗法治疗痉挛型脑瘫疗效观察

目的：观察腰骶段SPR手术结合针刺疗法治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效.方法：将70例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例.观察组采用手术结合针刺法治疗,对照组单纯采用手术治疗.针刺每日1次,30次为1个疗程,共3个疗程.观察两组患者疗效及运动功能的改善程度.结果：两组脑瘫患儿的运动功能均有改善,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.两组运动功能障碍治疗后均有明显改善,但观察组惠儿与对照组患儿比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：手术结合针刺疗法治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫优于单纯手术疗法,为探讨中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫提供新思路.

Effective observation on treating spastic cerebral palsy by lumbosacral SPR surgery plus acupuncture

Objective： To observe the effect of treating spastic cerebral palsy by lumbosaeral SPR surgery plus acupuncture. Methods： To choose 70 patients with spastic cerebral palsy randmoly divide into observation group and control group, for 35 cases. The contrast group was treated with operative treatment （SPR） only while the observe group treated with acupuncture cooperated with operative treatment （SPR）. Acupuncture treatment once every day, 30 treatments as one course, totally 3 courses. The effect and movement improvement of both groups were observed for comparison. Results： The Movement obstacle of all children were improved, but the total effective rate of observe group was obviously higher than that in contrast group （P〈0.05）. Both groups were improved in movement compared with before treatment, but the improvement in movement obstacle observe group was more obvious than that in contrast group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating spastic cerebral palsy by lumbosacral SPR surgery plus acupuncture has a good effect.
