老年慢性支气管炎的中西医结合治疗

目的：探讨中医在治疗老年慢性支气管炎方面的临床疗效.方法：将42例老年慢性支气管炎患者中的19例患者作为常规西医治疗的对照组,其他23例患者作为中西医结合治疗的实验组,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.对照组进行抗生素、支气管扩张剂及祛痰剂等的常规西医治疗 中西医结合治疗的实验组采用以上常规西药结合中药小青龙汤饮加减法进行治疗.两组治疗一个疗程结束后,观察患者情况,对疗效进行判断.结果：治疗组23例中19例有效,总有效率82.61% 对照组19例中12例有效,总有效率为63.16%,P＜0.05,两组比较有显著性差异.结论：常规西药结合小青龙汤饮加减法的中西结合法在对老年慢性支气管炎的治疗上有显著疗效.

Treating elderly chronic bronchitis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate the effect of treating elderly chronic bronchitis in the integrative medicine. Methods： To choose 42 cases of elderly chronic bronchitis, 19 cases were control group, 23 cases were experimental group, no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. control group using western medicine of antibiotic, expectorant bronchodilator agents; experimental group bases on conventional therapy plus Xiaoqinglong decoction. After 1 treatment, determine the effect. Results： 19 cases were effective in treatment group, total effective rate was 82.61%; 12 cases were effective in the control group, total effective rate was 63.16%, P〈0.05, two groups have difference significant. Conclusion： Treating elderly chronic bronchitis in the integrative medicine has a good effect.
