六味地黄丸预防干扰素副反应的临床观察

目的：观察六味地黄丸对干扰素导致的骨髓抑制及不良反应的预防作用.方法：干扰素治疗的慢性肝炎患者160例,随机分六味地黄丸为治疗组80例,对照组80例.治疗组在应用干扰素治疗的同时口服六味地黄丸,对照组仅使用干扰素,丙肝患者两组同时加服利巴韦林.观察两组治疗后的白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞（N）、血小板（PLT）及治疗后的不良反应情况,疗程为4周.结果：与对照组相比,六味地黄丸可有效降低干扰素骨髓抑制及不良症状的发生率（P〈0.01）,差异有统计学意义.结论：六味地黄丸为预防干扰素副反应的有效方剂.

Clinical observation on Liuwei Dihuang pills prevent side effects of interferon

Objective： To observe the preventive effect on interferon induced bone marrow suppression and adverse effects of Liuwei Dihuang pills. Methods： To randomly divide 160 patients with interferon treatment of chronic hepatitis into treatment group with Liuwei Dihuang pills and control group and 80 cases for each. Patients in treatment group were treated with interferon plus Liuwei Dihuang pills, and the control group for only interferon, hepatitis C patients in both groups plus ribavirin services. Then observe the WBC, neutrophil, platelet and adverse reactions after treatment, and 4 weeks for one course of treatment, Results： To compare with the control group, Liuwei Dihuang pills had a good effect to reduce symptoms of interferon bone marrow suppression and the incidence of adverse （P〈0.01）, there was a significant difference. Conclusion： Liuwei Dihuang pills has a good effect on prevent side effects of interferon.
