冠心舒通胶囊治疗稳定性心绞痛临床观察

目的：探讨冠心舒通胶囊对稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效及心电图疗效.方法：稳定性心绞痛患者120例随机分两组,治疗组60例,用冠心舒通胶囊0.9 tid口服,连用28天 对照组60例,用硝酸异山梨酯片5mg q8h口服,连用28天.结果：治疗组临床总有效率86.7%,心电图总有效率73.3%,对照组分别为66,7%和61.7%,两组间比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01） 治疗组治疗前后心电图12导联中ST段下降导联数（NST）及12导联中ST段压低数值总和（∑ST）均有明显改善（P〈0.01）.结论：用冠心舒通胶囊治疗稳定性心绞痛患者疗效好,不良反应少.

Clinical observation on treating stable angina with Guanxin Shutong capsules

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and ECG effect of treating stable angina with Guanxin Shutong capsules. Methods： 120 cases of stable angina were randomly divided into two groups, treating 60 cases of treatment groups with Guanxin Shutong capsules; treating 60 cases of control groups with isosorbide mononitrate tablets. Results： The totale effective rate of treatment group is 86.7%, the totale effective rate of EGG is 73.3%, the control group was 66.7% and 61.7%, the control between two groups has statistic significance （P〈0.01）, the NST and ∑ST of treatment group had significantly improved （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Treating stable angina with Guanxin Shutong capsules has a good effect.
