异丙酚静脉麻醉在关节脱位中医手法复位术中的应用

目的：探讨异丙酚静脉麻醉用于关节脱位中医手法复位术中的效果和安全性.方法：选择肩、髋关节脱位患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组异丙酚静脉麻醉下手法复位,对照组在无麻醉下进行复位;观察麻醉效果及不良反应.结果：观察组复位更方便,患者更满意,检查过程中生命体征平稳.结论：异丙酚静脉麻醉用于关节脱位复位术操作简单,安全可靠.

Application of arthrosis dislocation technique reset in propofol intravenous anesthesia

Objective： To investigate the effect and security of arthrosis dislocation technique reset use propofol intravenous anesthesia. Methods： Selected 80 cases of shoulder or hip dislocation, 80 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group 40 cases Test group use propofol intravenous anesthesia, control group don＇t use propofol intravenous anesthesia. Observed anesthetic effect and adverse reactions. Results： Test group has more convenient than control group. Patients of test group are very satisfied. Vital signs were stable in inspection process. Conclusion： Arthrosis dislocation technique reset use propofol intravenous anesthesia that is simple, safe and reliable.
