| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨晚期癌症患者生存质量与居家照护的相关性。方法：将56名患者采用欧洲癌症研究治疗组织（EORTC）的癌症患者生命质量核心问卷3．0（QLQ-C30），对56名癌症患者进行问卷调查，并实施居家照护。结果：居家照护晚癌症患者的生存质量明显提高。结论：居家照护有助于提高晚期癌症患者的心理卫生水平和生命质量，保证患者家属顺利度过哀伤阶段。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the correlation on survive quality and home care with advanced cancer. Methods： Choose 56 patients take QLQ-C30 of EORTC, did a survey of questionnaire with 56 patients, and implementation of home care. Result： Home care the survive quality of advanced cancer patient was significantly improved. Conclusion： Home care can be improved the survive quality and home care of advanced cancer patient; ensure that family members of patients survive the grief stage. |
