| 摘 要： | 一般认为小儿为纯阳之体,阳常有余,阴常不足,临床每多常用寒凉之品,少用温热之药,笔者在临床实践中认为由于受传统儿科理论的指导,每因肺系疾病的感冒、咳嗽、肺炎喘嗽、哮喘,反复上呼吸道感染,西医则运用抗生素激素,中医常用辛凉、苦寒等清热解毒之药,每多耗伤肺气（阳）而出现肺（气）阳虚寒证,笔者常用温热之药,治疗肺气（阳）损伤之证,收到较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Generally believed that child is pure Yang of the body, Yang than Yin stronger of the body, clinical treating pediatric lung diseases use cold of the goods usually. Authors accepted thought of traditional theory of pediatrics. Authors believe that western medicine treating pediatric lung diseases with antibiotics, but TCM treating pediatric lung diseases by Qingrejiedu chinese medicine. Often appear Yin than Yang stronger, so treating pediatric lung diseases by warm and hot medicine has a good effect. |
