中医序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的临床分析

目的：探讨中医序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果.方法：将患者随机分为蜂胶左金胃三联组（治疗组）和西药组（对照组）,进行临床疗效的观察和对比.结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和71.9%,治疗组明显优于对照组.结论：中医序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染疗效好,Hp清除率与根除率高,不良反应少,值得临床推广.

Clinical analysis of treaing helicobacter pylori infection in TCM therapy

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treaing helicobacter pylori infection in TCM therapy. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into the stomach triple gold left propolis group （treatment group） and the western medicine group （control group）, clinical efficacy was observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%, control group was 71.9%, treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion： Treaing helicobacter pylori infection in TCM therapy has a good effect, high rate of clearance and eradication of Hp, adverse reactions less, is worth being applied.
