内固定法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

目的：研究中医内固定手术综合疗法对股骨粗隆间骨折的临床治疗效果.方法：保守组予常规牵引保守治疗,中医组在保守组的治疗基础上采用＂拔伸牵引,旋转屈伸＂正骨复位,髋螺钉内固定系统（DHS）手术及术后中药调养等综合疗法.结果：中医组优良率91.3%明显高于保守组69.6% 结论：应用中医内固定手术综合疗法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效显著优于常规牵引保守疗法,安全,有效,值得临床推广.

Effective analysis of treating intertrochanteric fracture by fixation methods

Results： TCM group effective rate 91.3% is higher than conservative group 69.6%.
