| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大剂量Vitc及复方丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效。方法：两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予大剂量Vite及复方丹参注射液。观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为95％，对照组有效率为65％。结论：早期大剂量Vitc联合复方丹参的应用，能有效的消除缺氧缺血对脑细胞的损害以及脂质过氧化反应对脑组织的损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） by dose Vitc and compound Dansh -en. Methods： The two groups were given conventional therapy, the treatment group given conventional therapy plus dose Vitc and Danshen injection. Observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results： The total effective rate of treatment was 95%, control group was 65% Conclusion： Application dose Vitc and compound Danshen can clear up trauma of hypoxic-ischemic on brain ceils and trauma of lipid peroxidation on brain. |
