| 摘 要： | 目的：观察肺心病应用中药辨证施治效果。方法：以肺心病就诊的36例患者根据中医辨证分成三组,分别应用不同的中药方治疗。结果：痰热壅肺型总有效率为90．0％。痰湿壅肺型总有效率80.0％。阳虚水泛总有效率83．3％。经统计学分析,3组疗效差异无显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：肺心病应用中药辨证施治效果好,值得临床推广。

An effective analysis of treating in differentiation cor in TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of treating in differentiation cor in TCM. Methods： 36 patients with pulmonary heart disease admissions were divided into three groups according in TCM, were applied in a different prescription treatment. Results： The total effective rate of Tanshi Yongfei type was 90.0%. The total effective rate of Tanshi Yongfei type was 80.0%. The total effective rate of Yangxu Shuifan was 83.3%. The clinical differentiation of three groups has no significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of treating eor in TCM treating in differentiation is good, worthy of promotion. |
