桂枝茯苓胶囊联合维生素E治疗乳腺增生125例疗效观察

目的：评价桂枝茯苓胶囊联合维生素E治疗乳腺增生病的有效性和安全性。方法：125例乳腺增生病口服桂枝茯苓胶囊和维生素E，疗程为3个月。观察临床疗效并作安全性评价。结果：临床痊愈36人（占28．8％），显效49人（占39．2％），有效36人（占28．8％），无效4人（占3．2％），总有效率为96．8％，无明显不良反应。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊联合维生素E治疗乳腺增生病有良好的疗效，而且具有较高的安全性。

Clinical observation on treating 125 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia with Guizhi Fuling capsule plus vitamin E

Objective： To evaluate the effect and safety of treating mammary gland hyperplasia with Guizhi Fuling capsule and vitamin E Method： 125 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia disease were given orally Guizhi Fuling capsules plus vitamin E, and treatment for 3 months and then observe the clinical effect and evaluate the safety. Result： 36 cases were cured （28.8%）, 49 cases were significantly effective （39.2%）, 36 cases were effectual （28.8%） and 4 cases were unfruitful（3.2%）with a total effective of 96.8%. No obvious side effects were observed. Conclusion： Treating mammary gland hyperplasia with Guizhi Fuling capsule plus vitamin E has a good effect and safety.
