抑消三结合方法配合时辰介入化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的：探讨中药配合时辰介入化疗（BAI）对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效.方法：对21例（A组）晚期NSCLC患者采用中药配合时辰介入化疗,并与23例全身化疗（B组）进行对照.观察比较两组近期疗效,远期生存率、临床主要症状变化、生存质量及外周血象变化情况.结果：治疗后有效率（CR＋PR）A、B组分别为85.71%、37.50%,组间比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）.1、2年生存率A组分别为85.71%、76.19%;B组分别为45.83%、20.83%;2年生存率A组优于B组（P〈0.05）.在改善症状,卡氏评分、以及对治疗后外周血象变化的改善方面, A组患者优于B组.结论：抑消三结合配合时辰介入化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌优于全身化疗.

Clinical observation on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer by Yixiao triple therapy plus intervention chemotherapy

Objective： To investigate effects of treating advanced non-small cell in TCM plus intervention chemotherapy. Methods： To 21 patients （A group） with advanced NSCLC in TCM plus intervention chemotherapy and the 23 patients with systemic chemotherapy （B group） were compared. The short-term therapeutic effect; long-term survival rate, changes of clinical principal symptoms, quality of life and peripheral blood pictures in the two groups were observed and compared. Result： After treatment the rate of CR＋PR in the treated and the control group was 85.71% and 37.50% respectively, the intergroup comparison showed a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The 1-and 2-year survival rate in the treated group was 85.71% and 76.19% respectively and in the control group 45.83% and 20.83% respectively. The 2-year survival rate in the former was better than that in the latter （P〈0.05）. Moreover, the improvement of clinical symptoms, karnofsky scoring and peripheral blood picture in the treated group was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion： treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer by Yixiao triple therapy plus imervention chemotherapy is better than systemic chemotherapy.
