| 摘 要： | 目的：观察YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针在治疗高血压性脑出血中的疗效。方法：头颅CT立体定位后。选取合适YL-1型颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针,抽洗、冲洗血肿,CT复查跟踪观察。结果：本法简单实用,疗效确切。患者清醒较快,具有不加重原有神经功能损害的优点。配合中医药治疗,取得了较好的疗效。结论：CT定位微创引流术配合中医药治疗高血压脑出血疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by CT localization of minimally invasive drainage plus TCM. Methods： Taking CT radiograph after localization. The selection of the appropriate length YL-1 type diabetes intracranial hematoma smashing puncture washes, flushing hematoma, tracing CT review, then extubation. Results： the effect of this law, a simple and useful, indeed. Patients with sober faster, have not increased with the original neurological impairment of benefits. During the rehabilitation treatment with medicine. Conclusion： Treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by CT localization of minimally invasive drainage plus TCM, and TCM therapy has a good effect. |
