| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨百癣夏塔热片联合维胺脂胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的临床应用价值.方法：将204例寻常性痤疮患者随机分成两组,每组102例,治疗组予百癣夏塔热片联合维胺脂胶囊治疗6周,对照组仅予维胺脂治疗6周,对比观察治疗前后总有效率.结果：治疗组总有效率89%：对照组总有效率60%,两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：百癣夏塔热片联合维胺脂胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮疗效好,值得临床推广.

Clinical observation on treating acne vulgaris with Baixuan Xiatare tablets plus viaminati |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical value of treating acne vulgaris with Baixuan Xiatare tablets plus viaminati. Methods： 204 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （n=102）. Experimental group were treated with Baixuan Xiatare tablets plus viaminati for 6 weeks. Control group were treated with viaminati only. Total effective rate of 2 group were observed after 6 week. Results： There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in total effectiverate （89% versus 60% ） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Baixuan Xiatare tablet plus viaminati was eutherapeutic in the treatmentof acne vulgaris, which thus deserving to be widely used in the clinical. |
