原发性脾脏良性占位16例临床分析

目的：总结分析原发性脾脏良性占住的临床、影像学特点和治疗方法.方法：对我院1991年1月至2010年1月收治的经手术和病理证实的16例原发性脾脏良性占位患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：本组病人中原发性表皮样脾囊肿7例,脾血管瘤6例,脾错构瘤2例和脾淋巴管瘤1例.所有患者获得随访3月～19年,均无复发.结论：脾脏良性占位病变多无临床症状,B超及CT检查仍是发现脾脏良性病变的主要手段,原发性脾脏良性病变以手术为主,手术效果良好.

Clinical analysis of treating 16 cases of primary splenic benign space occupying

Objective： To analyze the primary splenic benign occupying the clinical and imaging features and treatment. Methods： Retrospective review from January 1991 to January 2010 were treated by surgery and pathology confirmed 16 cases of primary splenic benign occupying clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The patients with primary epidermoid splenic cyst in 7 cases, 6 cases of splenic hemangioma, 2 cases of splenic hamartoma, and 1 case of splenic lymphangioma. All patients were followed up in March-19 years, no recurrence. Conclusion： The spleen more than benign lesions without clinical symptoms, B ultrasound and CT examination found that the spleen is still the primary means of benign lesions, primary splenic benign lesions of surgery, patients were satisfactory.
