中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死40例临床观察

目的：观察步长脑心通胶囊配合西药治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法：80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例，步长脑心通胶囊3粒，3次／d，口服；对照组40例，复方丹参片，每次3片，每日3次。2组疗程均为4周。2组治疗前及治疗后第29天，评价其神经功能缺损评分，判定其，临床疗效，并检测其治疗前后血液流变学指标，观察其不良反应。两组病例均常规服用抗血小板聚集药物并根据病情酌情给予20％甘露醇降颅压，尼莫地平扩张脑血管以及改善脑细胞代谢药物和对症治疗，对伴有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病者予相应治疗。结果：步长脑心通组临床治愈率提高，血液流变学指标改善。结论：步长脑心通配合西药可明显改善脑梗死患者的临床症状，值得推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe the curative effect of Buchang Naoxin Tong caps combined western medicine in treating acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 80 cases were divided into treatment group and control group.40 cases in treatment group took Buchang Naoxin Tong orally, 3 pills every time and 3 times pur day. 40 cases in control group took tab compound red-rooted salvia 3 pills every time and 3 times pur day. The course of treatment of the two groups were all 4 weeks.To appraise neurologic impairment score,assess it＇s clinical curative effect, detect blood rheology targets before and after the treatment, observe the adverse effect at 29th day before and after the treatment. The two groups took antiplatelet drug orally and given 20% manicol according to the state of illness and so on. Results： The clinical cure rate of Buchang Naoxin Tong group has elevated and blood rheology index has improved. Conclusion： Buchang Naoxin Tong caps combined western medicine could improve clinical symptom of cerebral infarction patients and deserve generalization.
