中药内服加保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床体会

目的：观察自拟中药内服加保留灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的近期疗效及远期疗效。方法：将82例UC随机分为2组，冶疗组42例用自拟中药内服加保留灌肠，对照组服用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服，甲硝唑、庆大霉素、地塞米松保留灌肠，以4周为一疗程，观察4周及一年后的疗效。结果：治疗组与对照组的差异有统计学意义。近期疗效：P〈0．05，远期疗效：P〈0．01。结论：自拟中药内服加保留灌肠治疗UC的近期疗效及远期疗效均较明显。

Clinical experience of treating Ulcerative Colitis by oral plus retention enema in TCM

Objective： To observe the recent and long-term effect on treating chronic non-specific UC by oral plus retention enema in TCM. Methods： To randomly divide 82 patients with UC into two groups, the 42 cases in treating group were treated by oral plus retention enema in TCM, and in control group took sulfasalazine oral, metronidazole, gentamicin and dexamethasone retention enema, 4 weeks for a treatment and then observing the treatment after 4 weeks and a year. Results： There was a statistical significance in the difference for the two groups. The recent effect showed P〈0.05, and the long-term showed P〈0.01. Conclusion： The recent and long-term effect of oral plus retention enema in TCM was more obvious.
