| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不关闭调节器拔针及拔针后曲肘按压的效果。方法：选取2009年1～5月的120例患者分为观察组和对照组，每个病人分别采用输液后不关闭调节器，捏闭头皮针细管拔针，拔针后让患者曲肘按压（观察组）和常规拔针方法（对照纽）。结果：观察组皮下淤血发生率为2例（1．6％），常规拔针为11例（9．1％），两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05），2组发生疼痛无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：不关闭调节器拔针及拔针后曲肘按压的效果显著，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects of toggle press don＇t close the regulator needle injection and after pull needle injection. Methods： To choose January-May 2009 the 120 patients divide into observation group and control group, taking the don＇t close the regulator needle injection on patients, after pull needle injection, flexion elbow pressing after pull needle injection （observe group） and pull needle injection （control group）. Result： In observe group the congestion occuring rate for 2 cases （1.6%）, in control group for 11 cases （9.1%）, by statistically analyzing data, has a significant difference （P〈0.05）, occuring pain hasn＇t significant difference in the two groups. Conclusion： Flexion elbow pressing don＇t close the regulator needle injection and after pull needle injection has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied. |
