中西药联合组治疗慢性肾炎78例临床观察

目的：观察通心络联合雷米普利治疗对慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法：对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加入通心络胶囊口服。结果：两组治疗后较治疗前血流、血脂变改善，治疗组尿蛋白、血流变改善比对照组更明显（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），Upr均明显下降（P〈0．05）。结论：雷米普利联合通心络治疗慢性肾炎疗效好，值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating 78 cases of chronic nephritis in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating chronic nephritis in the integrative medicine. Methods： The control group received conventional therapy; the treatment group was treated on the basis of adding Tongxinluo oral capsule. Results： After treatment than before treatment, blood flow, blood lipid changes to improve the treatment of urinary protein, blood flow changes more than the control group improved significantly （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）, Upr decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating chronic nephritis in the integrative medicine has a good effect, is worth being clinically applied.
