| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方地黄消痔软膏治疗痔疮的疗效。方法：160例患者治疗内痔、外痔、混合痔的疗效比较。结果：总有效率为100％，便血、肛门疼痛、脱出、水肿、瘙瘁症状积分显著降低（P〈0．01）；治疗组治疗后较对照组治疗后相比，便血、肛门疼痛、脱出、水肿、瘙痒症状积分显著降低（P〈0．05）；未见不良反应。结论：复方地黄消痔软膏是治疗各类痔疮安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of treating patients with hemorrhoids with Fufang Dihuang Xiaozhi ointment. Methods： To compare effects of 160 cases of hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids with mixed hemorrhoids. Results： The total effective rate was 100%, symptoms of blood in the stool, anal pain, anal prolapse, anal edema, anal itching were significantly lower （P〈0.01）; after treatment, the effect of treatment group was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）; and no adverse reaction. Conclusion： Fufang Dihuang Xiaozhi ointment for treating hemorrhoids is safe and an effective drug. |
