复方盆腔合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎急性发作的疗效观察

目的：观察自制复方盆腔合剂治疗慢性盆腔炎急性发作的效果。方法：125例慢性盆腔急性发作患者，随机分为对照组61例，给予甲硝唑治疗，治疗组64例，自制复方盆腔合剂；2组均以10d为1个考察疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为78．13％、90．36％；对照组分别为50．82％、70．49％，组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：自制复方盆腔合剂与西药联用治疗慢性盆腔急性发作疗效优于常规西药疗法。

Effective observation on treating acute exacerbation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with compound pelvic mixture

Objective： To observe the effect of treating acute exacerbation of chonic pelvic inflammatory disease with compound pelvic mixture. Methods： 125 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pelvic patients were randomly divided into corttrol group, 61 patients received metronidazole therapy, treatment group 64 cases, self-made compound pelvic mixture; Two groups are 10d to a study treatment, 2 after the statistical effect of treatment. Results： The cure, the total effective rate was 78.13%, 90.36%; Control group were 50.82%, 70.49%, between the two groups was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The mixture compound pelvic and western medicine on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pelvic effective than conventional western medicine.
