| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨减轻产妇焦虑对分娩的影响。方法：选择2009年1月至2010年1月在我科分娩的产妇200例,随机分成两组,每组100人,分成实验姐和对照组。结果：实验组剖宫产率及产钳助产率明显低于对照组。结论：减轻焦虑能最大限度地使产妇发挥主现能动性,消除不良情绪,提高顺产率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate effects of reduce anxiety of maternal in birth process. Methods： Choosing 200 maternal in our department from Jan 2009 to Jan 2010 and divided into control group and experiment group randomly. Results： The uterine-incision delivery rate and assist birth by obstetric for ceps rate of experiment group is lower than control group. Conclusion： To ease anxious can make postnatal recovery educe motility and eliminate bad mood and raise eutocia rate. |
