略谈类风湿性关节炎的中医辨治

类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性难治性全身性自身免疫性疾病。本文按照中医的发病学说，认为体虚感邪是发生本病的内在因素，风寒湿邪是发生本病的外在因素，经络痹阻是发生本病的主要病机，据此提出了风寒湿痹、风湿热痹、气血虚弱、肝肾阴虚、痰湿瘀阻五型的辨治方法。
