蒙脱石散结合中医推拿治疗婴幼儿腹泻42例

目的：观察蒙脱石散结合推拿治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将厌食症患儿84例按1：1比例随机分成观察组和对照组，每组42例。两组均给予儿科常规护理，同时调整饮食，视情况给予口服补液盐或静脉补液，纠正酸碱及电解质代谢紊乱，抗感染治疗及对症常规治疗，并给予口服蒙脱石散。观察组另给予中医推拿治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组42例中显效30例，有效7例，无效5例，总有效率88．1％；对照组42例中显效17例，有效13例，无效12例，总有效率71．4％。两组总有效率比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05），但两组显效率（71．4％与40．5％）比较，差异却有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组疗效优于对照组。结论：在内服蒙脱石散的基础上加用中医推拿可以提高婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。

Treating 42 cases of infant diarrhea by montmorillonite powder plus TCM massage

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating infant diarrhea by montmorillonite powder plus massage. Methods： 84 cases of anorexia children were averagely divided into observation group and control group, treating them by routine pediatric care, at the same time adjust the diet, to give oral rehydration salts or intravenous fluid infusion, to correct the acid-base and electrolyte metabolism routine anti-infective therapy and symptomatic treatment and to oral montmorillonite powder. Results： Among 42 cases of observation group, 30 were markedly, 7 were effective, 5 were invalid, the total effective rate was 88.1%; Among 42 cases of control group, 17 were markedly, 13 were effective, 12 were invalid, the total effective rate was 71.4%. The total effective rate between two groups has significant difference （P〉0.05）, the efficiency of the two groups has statistic significance （P〈0.05）, the effect of observation group is better than control group. Conclusion： Treating infant diarrhea by montmorillonite powder plus massage can increase the clinical effect.
