| 摘 要： | 目的：观察当归拈痛汤加减治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法：中药汤刑当归拈痛汤加减，水煎口服，连续口服2个月，同时服用中成药制剂热痹清和着痹畅片，配合功能锻炼。结果：有效率84％。结论：当归拈痛汤加减治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe effects on treating rheumatoid arthritis hot and humid with Danggui Niantong decoction. Methods TCM with Danggui Niantong decoction, decoction oral, continuous oral administration of 2 months, while taking Rebiqing and Zhuobichang pill, plus functional exercise. Results： The efficiency rate for 84%. Conclusion： Treating rheumatoid arthritis hot and humid with Danggui Niantong decoction has a good effect. |
