银杏绿芽胚混悬液对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨银杏绿芽胚混悬液对小鼠胃肠推进运动的影响.方法:采用炭末胶液(含5%的活性炭粉、10%的阿拉伯树胶)灌胃,计算25min炭末胶液在小肠内推进距离占小肠全长的百分比,以此作为胃肠推进速度的指标.结果:0.25、0.5、1.0g/kg的银杏绿芽胚混悬液灌胃后,小鼠胃肠推进速度较生理盐水灌胃组明显增加(P〈0.05).结论:银杏绿芽胚混悬液能促进小鼠的胃肠推进运动.

Affect of ginkgo suspension on gastrointestinal propulsive motility in mice
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of gingko embryo mixture on gastrointestinal peristalsis in mice. Methods: A mixture of activated charcoal (5%) and gum arabic (10%) was perfused into the stomach of mouse. The percentage length in small intestine of the perfusate travelling within 25 minutes was taken to express the gastrointestinal propulsion speed. Results: The speed of gastrointestinal propulsion in mice following 0.25, 0.5, 1.0g/kg gingko embryo mixture treatment was significantly increased than control group. Conclusion: Gingko embryo mixture could enhance the gastrointestinal peristalsis in mice.
