黄芪对化疗所致骨髓抑制的防护作用的临床研究

目的：观察黄芪对恶性肿瘤化疗所致的骨髓抑制的防护作用.方法：将120例确诊的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在化疗同时予黄芪注射液40ml加生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,每日1次,21天为1个疗程,连用4个疗程,对照组单纯用化疗.结果：治疗组的外周血WBC、PLT降低程度小于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组比较差异有显著性意义.两组Hb水平无明显变化.结论：黄芪注射液辅助化疗可对化疗所致的骨髓抑制起到较好的防护作用.

A clinical study on the protective effect of astragalus on chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression

Objective： To observe the effect of astragalus membranaceus on the blood cell count of tumor patients with chemotherapy. Methods： The patients were randomized into two groups： the treatment group consisted of 60 pstients treated with a combination of Astragalus membranaceus （AM） and chemotherapy; the control group comprised 60 patients treated with chemotherapy only. The patients were evaluated to white blood cell （WBC）, Hemoglobin （Hb） and Platelet （PLT）, KPS as well as drug dose of rhG-CSF （recombinant human granulocyto colony stimulating factor）. Results： The decreased levels of WBC and PLT of AM group were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）; has a significant difference. Hb level havn＇t significant difference. Conclusions： Protective effect of astragalus on chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression.
