整脊调曲法治疗腰骶后关节病135例疗效报告

目的：探讨以整脊调曲法为主治疗腰骶后关节病的临床疗效.方法：应用理筋、调曲、练功三大疗法,运用四维悬吊牵引腰椎,以调腰曲和腰骶角为主的整脊综合疗法治疗,系统观察腰骶后关节病135例,并进行随访.结果：腰骶角调曲有效率98.78%,临床治愈率76.30%,显效率21.48%.平均20个月随访优良率86.89%.结论：导致腰骶后关节病的主要原因是腰骶力学紊乱,通过整脊调曲恢复或改善生理曲度,临床可以治愈,如能坚持功能锻炼,可有效控制复发.

Effective report on treating 135 cases of arthropathy after lumbosacral by Zhengji Tiaoqu therapy

Objective： To investiate the clinical effect of arthropathy after lumbosacral by Zhengji Tiaoqu therapy. Methods： There were 135 cases of posterior lumbosacral arthroarthritis in the program. The patients were treated by comprehensive adjusting lumbar curv -ature therapy which included tendon regulating, adjusting curvature, practicing skills, and four dimensional suspensions to tract the lumbar vertebrae. Then we observed and got the follow-up outcome of all the cases. Result： Total effctive rate oflumbosacral adjusting for 98.78%, clinical curative rate for 76.30%, and the effective rate is 21.48%. Average 20-month follow-up excellent rate for 86.89%. Conclusion： The main cause of posterior lumbosacral arthroarthritis is mechanics disturbance of lumbar vertebrae. It may be cured clinically through adjusting lumbar curvature to restore or improve the physiological curvature and its relapse may be prevented by insisting training.
