中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病临床经验总结

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的方法和临床疗效.方法：对照组采用抗感染、强心利尿、解痉平喘以及维持水电解质平衡等西医常规疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用复方丹参液与中医内服汤剂治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后的血气分析进行比较.结果：治疗组总有效率为94.3%（33/35）显著高于对照组80.O%（28/35）.结论：中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病疗效显著,值得临床推广.

Review on the clinical experience for treating chronic pulmonary heart disease in the integrative medicine

Objective： To investigate on the clinical effect and method of treating chronic pulmonary heart disease in the integrative medicine. Method： The control group using western medicine conventional therapy of anti-infective, cardiac diuretic, antispasmodic asthma and to maintain water and electrolyte balance, the treatment group using Fufang Danshenye and TCM decoction based on control group, to compared two groups effective before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate is 94.3% （33/35） was higher than the control group 80.0% （28/35）. Conclusion： Treating chronic pulmonary heart disease in the integrative medicine has a good effects, was worth being applied.
