| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨自制中药淋浴对产妇产后康复效果的影响。方法：随机选择我院阴道分娩的产妇494例。实验组和对照组各247例。结果：实验组对子宫收缩、产后出血量、乳汁分泌量、母乳喂养率、产褥期妇女生命质量等效果显著。结论：中药淋浴方法对产妇产后康复有明显的促进作用，且操作简便，费用低廉，值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM shower in the postpartum recovery effect of maternal. Methods： 494 cases of maternal were averagely divded into experimental group and control group. Result： The effect of experimental group is significant in uterine contraction, postpartum hemorrhage, milk supply, breastfeeding rates, puerperal women quality of life. Concusion： The TCM shower bad significantly promoted in the postpartum recovery effect of maternal, is worth being clinically applied. |
