| 摘 要： | 目的：讨论中西医结合护理及治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：86患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上配合中药治疗。结果：治疗组效果优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病取得良好的临床效果，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate effects of treating and nursing early diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine. Methods 86 cases were randomly divide into treatment group and control group, control group using conventional therapy, treatment group bases on conventional therapy plus TCM therapy. Results： Treatmeng group is better than control group. Conclusion： Treating early diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine has a good effects, is worth being applied. |
