| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性阑尾炎的发病机制以及阑尾穿孔后的手术治疗效果。方法：选择我院2006年6月至2009年6月共收治急性阑尾炎穿孔患者36例，对其临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果：全部患者均治愈，平均住院天数为12天，切口感染4例，经酒精湿敷、抗感染治疗后痊愈出院。未见有其他阑尾切除术后并发症（肠瘘、残端出血、肠梗阻等）的发生。结论：阑尾炎穿孔应该采取尽早手术治疗原则，切除阑尾，清除腹腔脓液，积极控制感染和必要的营养支持。

Experience for treating 36 cases of perforation of acute appendicitis |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate effects of treating perforation of acute appendicitis. Methods： To choose June 2006-June 2009 the 36 patients with acute appendicitis, analyze of the clinical data. Result： All patients were eured; hospital stay was 12 days, wound infection for 4 cases. Have not occurrence of complication. Conclusion： Perforated appendicitis should adopt as soon as principles of surgical treatment, to remove the appendix, clear abdominal pus, positive control of infections and necessary nutritional support. |
