胆心痛证治-路志正学术思想探讨

路志正教授认为,五脏六腑皆可致心痛,非独心也.心与胆经脉相连,功能相属,胆的功能影响于心所发心痛为胆心痛,胆心痛病位在心,由胆所引起.如胆都化火,胆火扰心 胆气虚怯、心神失养 胆气都结、心脉瘀阻 痰瘀交结等皆可导致心的病变而发胆心痛.胆心痛的辨证重在辫病位,辨兼证,辨虚实.胆心痛的分型治疗属于胆火扰心者宜清胆宁心 胆气虚怯者宜温胆宁神 胆气郁结、心脉瘀阻者宜利胆舒心 痰瘀互结者宜清胆和胃,化痰通络.
