舒芬太尼在开胸术后硬膜外镇痛中的临床应用

目的：观察舒芬太尼在开胸术后硬膜外镇痛-中的临床效果。方法：选择开胸手术60例，单盲对照法随机分为舒芬太尼组（A组n=30）给舒芬太尼100μg’东莨菪碱0．3mg＋甲黄酸罗派卡因180mg＋生理盐水至100ml；吗啡组（B组n=30）给吗啡4mg＋东莨菪碱0．3mg＋甲黄酸罗派卡因180mg＋生理盐水至100ml。术毕接硬膜外导管泵注，2ml／h恒速泵注。观察记录两组镇痛效果、不良反应、生命体征变化。结果：镇痛效果A组各时段VAS评分及恶心、呕吐、皮肤瘙痒均较B组低。生命体征变化两组无差异。结论：舒芬太尼于开胸手术后硬膜外镇痛，镇痛效果优于吗啡，而且不良反应发生率低。

Clinical application of sufentanil on epidural analgesia after thoracotomy

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of sufentanil on epidural analgesia after thoracotomy. Methods： To choose 60 patients, randomly divide into sufentanil group （A group, n=30） take the sufentanil 100μg＋Scopolamine 0.3mgd-Mesylate ropivacaine 180mg＋NS to 100ml; Morphine group （B group, n=30） take the morphin 4mg＋ Scopolamine 0.3mg＋Mesylate ropivacaine 180mg＋NS to 100ml. After surgery connect epidural catheter infusion, 2ml/h the same speed infusion. Observe and calendar the effect, adverse reactions, changing in vital signs. Result： The effect in A group is lesser than the B group. The changing in vital signs has nat significant difference in two group. Conclusion： Sufentanil on epidural analgesia after thoracotomy the effect is better the morphine group.
