硫普罗宁治疗酒精性肝炎36例临床观察

目的：探讨硫普罗宁（化学名称：N-（2-巯基丙酰基）-甘氨酸）对酒精性肝炎的临床疗效。方法：酒精性肝炎患者56例，随机分成2组，观察组36例，对照组20例。两组患者均严格戒酒，注意休息，给予高蛋白、高热量、低脂饮食，并补充维生素B、维生素C、维生素K及叶酸，给予强力宁、肝泰乐、能量合剂等保肝药物。观察组加用硫普罗宁200mg，加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml静滴，1次／d。4周为一疗程，观察临床症状、体征变化和不良反应，疗程结束后复查肝功及肝脏B超。结果：观察组总有效率为94．4％，对照组总有效率为70％，两组治疗前后血清天门冬酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酰转肽酶下降非常明显，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：硫普罗宁治疗酒精性肝炎疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating 36 cases of alcoholic hepatitis with Liupu Luoning

Objective： To investigate clinical effect of Liupu Luoning （Chemical Name： N-（2-Mercapto propionyl）-Glycine） on alcoholic hepatitis. Method： 56 patients with alcoholic hepatitis randomly divided into 2 groups, 36 cases of observation group, 20 cases of control group. All patients strictly alcohol, note break, give diet of high protein, high-calorie, low fat, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin K and folic acid, give hepatoprotective drugs of potenline, glucurolactone, energy mixture. Observation group using Liupu Luoning with 200mg, plus glucose injection with 250ml of 5% infusion, 1time/d. 4weeks are one course, observation on clinical symptoms, physical signs, and adverse reactions, after treatment review liver and liver type-B ultrasonic. Results： The total effective of observation group are 94.4%, the total effective of control group are 70%, before and after treatment serum aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, glutamyl endopeptidase are drop, significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating alcoholic hepatitis with Liupu Luoning has a good effect.
