中医针药并用治疗混合型颈椎病疗效观察

目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗混合型颈椎病在治愈率和远期疗效的优势.方法：将混合型颈椎病60例,按随机数字表法随机分为中医治疗组和西医治疗组,各30例,中医组应用针刺颈痛穴、中药自拟方：舒复康;低分子右旋糖酐葡萄糖注射250mL,静脉滴注,隔天一次,连续治疗14天,弥可保口服.结果：两组治愈率比较,中医组明显高于西医组P〈0.05;两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义P〉0.05;两组复发率比较中医组明显低于西医治疗组P〈0.001.结论：中医针颈痛穴配合中药舒复康治疗颈椎病能起到满意的效果和降低复发率的优势.

Effective observation on treating mixed cervical spondylosis by acupuncture plus medicine of TCM

Objective： To observe the excellence of treating mixed cervical spondylosis by TCM therapy on cure rate and long-term effect. Methods： To the 60 patients of mixed cervical spondylosis, randomly divide into the TCM treatment group and western medicine treatment group, for 30 cases, taking the acupuncture and TCM in the TCM treatment group; Low molecular weight dextran glucose injection 250mL, intravenous infusion every other day, 14 days of continuous treatment, oral the methylcobalamin. Result： To compare the cure rate of two groups, the TCM group is better than the western medicine group P〈0.05; The efficiency of the two groups were have not significant difference P〉0.05; To compare of two group relapse rate the TCM group is less than the western medicine group P〈0.001. Conclusion： Treating mixed cervical spondylosis by acupuncture plus medicine of TCM has a good effects.
