| 摘 要： | 慢性头痛，中医辨证多属气滞血瘀用血府逐瘀汤治疗，疗效显著。慢性头痛是临床常见病多发病，多以血管性头痛和神经性头痛为主。患者表现为头痛缠绵难愈，病势时轻时重，平时头痛隐隐，重时头痛如裂，多伴失眠多梦，烦躁易怒，纳差，笔者应用血府逐瘀汤治疗慢性头痛45例，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Chronic headache, TCM type differentiation belong in Qizhi Xueyu by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction therapy, has a good effect. Chronic headache was common disease in clinical, with vascular headache and Nervous headache neural mainly. Patient showing headache hard to be cured, usually faint headache, headache, such as cleft on serious, with insomnia more dreams, irritability, anorexia, treating 45 cases of chronic headache with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has a good effect. |
