茵陈消痉汤治疗120例高中生痉疮的疗效观察

目的：临床观察茵陈消痤汤治疗高中生痤疮。方法：选择本校高中生240例，随机分为观察组和对照组各120例，对照组采用玫芦消痤膏和维A酸乳膏西药治疗，观察组配合口服茵陈消痤汤，中西结合治疗。结果：对照组总有效率82．5％，观察组总有效率95．8％。结论：使用茵陈消痤汤治疗高中生痤疮有很好疗效，值得推广使用。

Effective observation on treating 120 cases of acne of high school student with Yichen Xiaocuo decoction

Objective： To Clinically observe on treating acne of high school student with Yichen Xiaocuo decoction. Methods： To choose 240 cases of high school student in school, randomly divide into observation group and control group, the control group using Mei Lu Xiaocuo cream and victoria A acid cream, the observation group using Mei Lu Xiaocuo cream and victoria A acid cream plus Yichen Xiaocuo decoction. Results： The effective rate of control group is 82.5%, the effective rate of observation group is 95.8%. Conclusion： Treating acne of high school student with Yichen Xiaocuo decoction has a good effects, is worth being applied.
